Commander Varko Kruel, better known as “The Crippler,” is one of Pantheon’s most feared enforcers and a trusted field commander serving directly under The Revenant.

Before joining Pantheon, Kruel operated as an enforcer for a rival cartel opposed to Nicaraguan drug lord, arms dealer, and loyal Pantheon ally Raul Montoya. Known for his brutality and ruthless efficiency, Kruel has built a reputation as one of the organization’s deadliest operatives.

He also maintains a personal vendetta against Commander Salina Stonehelm, daughter of General Thrain Stonehelm, and her boyfriend Commander Jakhar Valderas. Their conflict began when Jakhar betrayed Pantheon and rescued Salina from Kruel’s grasp—an act the field commander has never forgiven.
