Organizational Overview

Pantheon is a clandestine intelligence and special operations organization operating under the authority of Homeland Security Secretary Daniel Gaines. Established to combat threats beyond the reach of conventional military and intelligence agencies, Pantheon was originally created as a covert national security organization. Over time, however, it evolved into a powerful clandestine network pursuing its own agenda under the leadership of Daniel “The Revenant” Gaines.

Operating in secrecy, Pantheon specializes in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, high-value target elimination, infiltration operations, and the containment of emerging global threats.

Commander Jakhar “El Dios Dorado” Valderas

Former Pantheon Commander. After killing his father, Diego, at such a young age, Jakhar fled his home in Jalisco. On his own, the Pantheon recruited Jakhar and promised him power if he succeeded with the tasks they gave him. After being rescued from the influence of The Revenant by his sister, Lieutenant Kiana “Viperstrike” Valderas, Jakhar turned against Pantheon. He later rescued Commander Salina Stonehelm from Catrina “The Manipulator” Gaines and Varko “The Crippler” Kruel. Since then, he has fought alongside Salina and their children, Durin and Jakara, protecting the free world from Pantheon and other global terrorist organizations.

Amanda Locke

Joined the Central Intelligence Agency in 2004, six years after her parents both CIA officers Derek and Jane Locke were killed in a car accident in North Carolina. Before she was taken into CIA custody after revealing The Revenant’s identity to the Steelborne Wolves, Locke learned that her parents knew The Revenant’s identity and he himself ordered them to be neutralized and make it look like a car accident.

John Ryder

A Pantheon operative within the CIA along with many unknown others, Ryder has been feeding classified files to The Revenant and the Pantheon’s hierarchy for years. Ryder is a former U.S. Marine since his last mission in Afghanistan which killed his father and older brother in a convoy ambush.

Known Pantheon Allies

Salvatore “Warlord of Wall Street” Falcone

New York City crime boss and longtime loyal ally to the paramilitary terrorist faction the Pantheon. Falcone provides soldiers, weapons, military grade gear and intelligence to The Revenant and his organization.

Raul “El Serpiente” Montoya

Current Nicaraguan cartel leader and arms trafficker. Raul Montoya ensures he maintains his allegiance and loyalty to the Pantheon and The Revenant himself in exchange for them protecting him from powerful enemies like the United States government.

General Thaddeus Aimes

Former Pantheon ally and current United States military commander during the Afghanistan War. Aimes provided troops, weaponry, and military grade gear to the Pantheon along with valuable intelligence and classified files of interest to The Revenant. When the Pantheon disbanded after the arrest of Secretary Gaines, General Aimes returned to the United States military and continued his loyal work.

Doctor James Ryker

Former head scientist of Project Aries and the illegal human experimentation program Project Revenant. Ever since Ryker failed to launch an attack on the United States Capitol with General Stonehelm’s personal warship Ravenborn. Ryker has served what was supposed to be a life sentence in a maximum-security prison in upstate New York since 2006. After he was freed from prison by The Revenant and his men, Ryker resumed his work and ensured the Aries warship was prepared to launch multiple attacks on seven nation capitols and frame the United States which would eventually cause a third World War. 

Doctor Abigail Palmer

Chief Scientist under Doctor Ryker during the Project Revenant program. Palmer was directly assigned to one of their test subjects and the daughter of Captain Silas Graves, Astra Lockheart. After the CIA raided Ryker’s laboratory in Los Angeles in 2004 with the Steelborne Wolves. Astra was rescued and Palmer was arrested along with Project Revenant being shut down for good.

Commander Gregor Malikov

Former Leviathan field commander and leader of a Russian and Eastern European terrorist organization called the Helios Reclamation Front. Malikov has committed many war crimes over the years; murder, hijacking, bombings, assassinations, kidnapping, and lots more. With world governments especially the United States government focused on apprehending Malikov and putting an end to his crimes. The Pantheon have been conducting their operations in the shadows for years while keeping to their agenda.

Threat Assessment

Pantheon remains one of the most dangerous clandestine organizations in the Shadow Wars universe. Through its network of intelligence operatives, military commanders, criminal organizations, and embedded agents within governments and intelligence agencies, Pantheon possesses the capability to influence conflicts across multiple continents while remaining largely hidden from public view.

Under the leadership of Daniel “The Revenant” Gaines, the organization continues to pursue global destabilization through terrorism, political manipulation, covert warfare, and advanced weapons development.
