Gregor Malikov, known as Czar 0-1 Actual, is a Russian-born terrorist and field commander of the Spetsnaz-derived extremist organization Leviathan. Operating beyond the reach of any nation, Leviathan is a covert force built for destabilization, warfare, and absolute control.

Born in the aftermath of World War II and raised without his parents, Malikov was forged through years of brutal training and indoctrination. As commander, he leads his most trusted operatives—Anton Ivanov and Viktor Krestov—both elite enforcers who execute his will without hesitation.

Malikov specializes in large-scale assaults and coordinated operations designed to ignite conflict between world powers. Acting under the authority of Lord Raethrun Thraxusson, he serves as both weapon and warning. With ties to the Pantheon, Malikov embodies chaos unleashed when order fails.

His operations leave nothing behind but destruction—and his enemies rarely live long enough to understand what hit them.
